To reach it, we must navigate through a labyrinthine hallway. Engulfed in the darkness that time has spilled upon these spaces. We proceed through a secret antechamber, adorned with walls. Suffocated by paintings depicting unfamiliar faces. At its end, a door opens, leading us to a row of winding marble stairs. The wooden handrail holds the memory of every hand it has supported. As we ascend, the sound of our footsteps reverberates against the bare walls._x000D_

We are greeted by the rich scent of thick velvet, framing the double windows, concealing the contents of the room from the outside world. Dust particles dance in the sole ray of sunlight that permeates the space. Grace and undulations reveal an entire world captured within these walls. Antique Attic is adorned with stone statues of frozen gods, offering protection to the kingdom and all who reside within the court. The walls are draped in a silky cream hue, upon which time has gently brushed its rusty veil. Recurring ornamentation welcomes us in the form of stucco reliefs that once delineated the paintings of esteemed artists from the land. We feel as though we are being observed by those who once inhabited these spaces. A gentle and melancholic melody pierces through the monumental silence, although no one is here to play it. The princess's piano lies out of tune in the center of the room, a faded memory of past luxury and happiness. Nevertheless, hearts align with its delicate rhythm, as if somewhere, in another plane, someone still dances._x000D_
