Standard delivery is free in the EU – 3 – 12 working days. We offer international delivery with FanCourier from Romania to over 100 international destinations (AWB provided to track progress or to organise receipt of goods). The delivery fee depends on the destination, if the delivery is to a country outside the EU, it will be automatically updated via the payment page.

You can also pick up your order at our location in Bucharest, Ciobanasului street nr. 20.

Will I pay import duties, taxes and fees on my order? All selected delivery destinations outside the EU may be subject to local taxes or import duties.

These taxes are levied by the importing country when the delivery arrives in the chosen country.

All applicable taxes for customs clearance will be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country selected for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are allowed for delivery in the selected country.

Delays may be caused if you do not accept this responsibility.
