INTERNATIONAL POLICY RETURNS

You can return your order up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the products, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act 130/2000. If you wish to cancel before delivery, please inform our CUSTOMER SERVICES team as soon as possible, but if the order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel delivery. You are responsible for returning your order and it should be returned to us in a saleable condition. This option is only available for standard products, custom products cannot be returned.

CANCELING ORDERS

Unfortunately, we cannot stop delivery of goods after confirmation of your payment, however, all customers have 14 days to return their order after delivery of goods. This can be done either by contacting us in writing and/or by sending us a message to [email protected]. Goods will be deemed returned when received by Aesthetic Indesign and we will refund your money as soon as possible within 14 working days.
