Return policy

• Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014.

• Conditions:

  • The product must be undamaged, unused and packed in its complete original packaging.

  • The cost of the return is borne by the customer and is equivalent to the delivery charge initially applied (45 lei for wallpaper/other products, 200 lei per piece of furniture).

• Exceptions: personalised products (including custom printed wallpaper or furniture made to the customer's specifications) cannot be returned, in accordance with art. 16 lit. c of O.U.G. 34/2014.

• Refund: The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days of receipt and verification of the product in our warehouse.

• Furniture delivery method: "curb-side" service - the parcel is brought to the indicated location (at the gate or kerbside). Indoor handling, assembly and unpacking are not included.
