Bank transfer (payment order)
After sending the order, you will receive all the necessary information to be entered on the payment order. The delivery of the order is made only after confirmation of payment.

Refund system
For personalised products, a deposit of at least 50% of the order value must be paid at the time of placing the order.
Only for products that are not personalised, full payment is due on delivery of the order. In the case of delivery by courier, the payment will be made to the commission agent who makes the delivery.
