Rules of The Craft Brigade -25% Recalls Campaign
Section 1. Campaign organiser

1.1. "The Craft Brigade -25%" campaign is organised by SC AESTHETIC INDESIGN SRL, a Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Târgoviște, Str. Ciprian Porumbescu, Nr. 5, Bl. C4, Sc. C, Et. 3, Ap. 10, County of Dâmbovița and correspondence address in Bucharest, Str. Ciobănașului, Nr. 20, Sector 2, registered with the Trade Register under no. J15/58/2018, with fiscal registration code 38697577, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser".

Section 2. Duration and Area of the Campaign

2.1 "The Craft Brigade -25%" discount campaign shall run from 1 to 11 November 2024.

2.2 The 25% discount is only applicable to eligible products listed on the VLAdiLA website during the campaign period.

Section 3. Campaign Mechanism

3.1 During the duration of the campaign, customers receive a 25% discount on selected products under "The Craft Brigade -25%" campaign.

3.2 The 25% discount is not cumulated with other discount codes or vouchers per order.

3.3. The cost of carriage is not covered by the discount campaign and will be charged according to VLAdiLA's standard delivery policy.

Section 4. Entitlement

4.1 This campaign is open to any natural or legal person who purchases eligible products during the campaign period.

4.2. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of any violation of these rules.

Section 5. Other Provisions

5.1 By participating in the "The Craft Brigade -25%" campaign, customers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to the provisions of these Regulations.

5.2. The official rules of the campaign are available free of charge to any applicant on the vladila.ro website.

5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules, provided that it announces these changes on the website before they come into force.

Section 6. Disputes

6.1. Any disputes arising between the Organiser and participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably. If amicable settlement is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
